This is seriously a rare chance and a big thank you for THE BODY SHOP for pulling up this effort! Luckily I was 1 of the lucky 10 folks to get this (there's only a limit to 10 tickets) I swear after this movie I will be buying THE BODY SHOP foundation just so I can look like a chinese Vamp...

• A quick flash back to my life so far...
• I was at the Malaysian Film Fest (fr the first time in KK) & it was an experince!!!

(notice the 3 fellas pun ikut tengok camera... smile lah skit... kekekek)

(We took picture here with Fara's ex-course mate and actor in the Malaysian Movie "SETEM", beside me also is the Talentime cast)

• Saw the tribute to Yasmin Ahmad during the MFF... man watching the whole talentime crew cry... Kak Yasmin's family... sniff sniff... i pun rasa "gantung"... T^T

• BB was selected to perform for CORE Fitness's dance segment during the Citymall wedding roadshow last month... kof kof... *slurp* niceeee... kof kof... (well she's aways top of the class).

• Went to a seminar and learned alot... but more importantly goot to meet alot of contact and network. :)
  
• Went with BB to KL for a 1 week trip! ^^ It was a blast!

(Im sure we got another picture some where to show it was in KL... kena cari lah nanti... XD )

• Ate like a PIG! KL food = NICE~!!! (ok lah Penang and KK oso best bah) kof kof..

• Now back in KK with alot to catch up... :) After play play now work work loh~~~ kekeke.
• kof kof... I also brought BB to see my mom in Seremban... ^^ ... ... ... kekeke. I tell last next time... (shy) kof kof...
  

Talk Cock Session: "H1N1 & Haze in KK."

• I have been quarantined from blogging for 1 week. :p
  
• Anyway will be goin to KL next week so had to finish up all my pending jobs 1st before I go.
• I think Im suffering from impulse buying... ... ... god help me...
  

Recently alot of people in KK have started putting on face mask...



Optimus Primes every where...




Now the main concern is obviously health related. With the H1N1 oink oink flue...

MYTH: The swine flue only hits you if you look like a swine. WRONG

And the "annual haze fest"...




With indoor (Malaysian Film Fest & PIKOM) scare & outdoor hazards, KK is having a tough time trying to have good activities. It seems you'll need a mask where ever you go...

I havent got my mask yet in this "Oh my god we are all gonna die" situation. But if there was a more "creative" way to have a mask I say we should DIY our own mask, so that we can have a mask fashion trend for this short season!




Hey even the mask industry needs an economy booast!


So here is my DIY!

Get a pair of bra with your favourite pattern or color or texture... don't forget to wear the right size bra for your face k? ;)





Cut 1 part of the bra and swing bra around face and plaster loose side so it wont fall off...






Tabraaaaa..... I mean Tadaaaaa.... your DIY mask for this haze & H1N1 season!

Well ok, i cant really see the face... no body guards? no local escorts? maybe its a Tony Blair "double" only? :p

• Yeah, so I think I'll do a quick run down on some of the stuffs thats been goin on since my last absence ... ... ... well honestly most of em I cant remember...
• During Kaamatan I was working part time for 2 days with Pallmall in their huge game booth! Learned alot of stuff there and hell~ who doesnt like a working environment with lotsa hot babes anyway? kof kof kof...
  

• Was involve with the KK Jazz for the 1st time, which was a big blast considering that this year they got the biggest crowd (I think it was like 4 thousand for 2 days?). And not surprisingly this is the only year Im not blogging about it. Need a break and enjoy the event! XD
• I got more hair now all thanks to BIOTIN 600 Vitamin B from GNC. Atleast my bold spots now arent so obvious! I recommend guys with the problem to try it, its actually cheap and last very long (most importantly u'll grow back baby hair in the 1st 3 days)

• Grandma went back to Penang for 1 months coz she missed the place so much...
• While grandma was away, dad got us a NEW FLAT SCREEN TV!!! XD

• Grandma came back after 1 months & is now enjoying the BIG FLAT SCREEN TV! XD
• The anjing betina is back from Miri...
• Watched 2 very good French Films, courtesy of SPARKS for hosting the 1st KK French Film Festival in 1Borneo!

• After watching too much Hollywood movies that will make you stupid. It's good to watch a foreign film where they still put alot of effort in REAL GOOD ACTING & REAL GOOD STORIES!!! ;)
  
• The anjing betina bought me a PS3!!! Muahahahaha (let's just say he owes me something, kalau tidak mana ada he buy that for me?)

I've finished Assasin's Creed, Devil May Cry 4... Now playing Fallout 3, UFC Undisputed & Street Fighter 4... muahahaha...

• Coffee Bean invited me & a bunch of bloggers to their new product food testing! They are currently promoting the Cappucino Iced Blended for RM13!!!

Courtesy of Mr Shaun & Charles Chuan, training manager of the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. You can actually ask for the Cappucino Ice Blendedt to be served WITH low fat milk (for the health concious).

The drink is seriously good, its easy, not too sweet & was so delicous that I generally end up carrying around with me all the time (trust me, I generally DON'T have a thing for sweet stuff... so this coffee to me was GREAT!) :) THANKS COFFEE BEAN FOR INVITNG BLOGGERS TO YOUR FOOD TASTING!!!

• Had a nice gathering dinner with members of the Rotary KK & SPARKS. Sharing the good gathering Jonathen Tse (our rising song star in KK), Jasmine (a great character with love for ballet) & Elson of Life & Style.
• Had a press conference with SPARK, we are hosting the "The Slave Princess" Ballet Charity Concert. I will speak more about this in a future post. :)

• Am going for the Malaysian Film Fest in UMS this coming 8th! Wonder what's it like! :D
• Am going for a 3 days seminar called "Successful Event" hosted by the Sri Pelancongan Sabah in Le Meridean this 10 - 12 August. Wanna learn some stuff from the best... (the course has better be worth it ><")
• Actually on the 12th Im also goin to KL till the 16th, part work-part vacation & part study.
• Life is good. :)
  

Talk Cock Session: "Revenge of the Old Man..."

Now if you recall an old post from me about our louisy neighbour who parks his car like a biatch...

Now the story goes that my dad drives more of the car & has seen 1st hand the epic "failness" of his parking skill...




My dad has generally been very patient with this guy... But after so long (2 days only kof kof...) even the Old Man had had enough...

Now You shall feel the wrath of "The Old Man Strikes Back!!!"






He basically park and purposely aim for the fella's driver seat so he can only get out from the passanger's seat side... ... ...

My new health! :)

During the last few month I have been keeping myself busy with work & gym.




If you remember back when I was fat (kof kof not really).





I had actually went into a weight gaining diet & supplement "programme". I needed to bulk up & had been forcing myself to eat alot and in between drink my weight gainer.

The GNC weight gainer supplements all taste like crap... but better take this poison...

As far as I remember my BMI measures that I "should" try to weight around 65kg for my kind of height. I was 55kg before this whole weight gain thing started...

2 weeks time in the gym training, I gained 4kg & later finished my weight gainer (yes i literally drank like mad)...






I stocked up another Whey protein (for muscles), Vitamins & another weight gainer (hoping to hit another 5 kg). I was around 60kg at this time.






Unfortunately I struggled and couldnt gain that last 5kg at all... ... ...

I have to say that this was due to bad eating habit again (my work caught up to me & my lunch hour became uncertain). Gym & protein shakes were a sure thing but with my weight not going up, it was dissapointing (& costly).






My dad checked my BMI & said "... ??? ... Actually you ARE at your CORRECT weight what... if 65kg, you would be over weight already!".

???

What? That means I measured my height wrong?

I found out later that actually 60 kg is ideal enough. 65kg is not over weight for me... (it would put me in the 23.1 BMI section which is still ideal). However, I recently took up Jujitsu & Muay Thai classes... I was actually advise to not bulk up too much by the couch as i might lose speed.

So I guess I should try to maintain... But honestly I wouldn't mind getting a little bigger... maybe 62-63kg? Just so I look better in shirts.









Or maybe without shirts... ... ... XD

But seriously people, find time to exercise... staying fit makes you happy. :)
