i experienced DAT alot...n i dunno whether to marah them or just smile...they r so rude n no manners at all...n DAT place will be the first n the last place i go..
if da place not sedap just chow.
if da place sedap. just wait lo.
but if da place sedap. i go to the person-in-charge. say, ur worker ah. tis one. that one. terrible.
if the boss or pic biassed to his worker. bye bye. no more here. makan even thou very sedap.
for me regardless the restaurant have good reputation or not with their food , if the customer service suck !!?, that place will be black listed, i will also bad mouth and try to persuade others to stay away from that place.
