The moral of the story is:
To be a pioneer... if you got an idea, make it happen quickly. The idea is not only yours. Eventually, it will be executed by some one.
"Actually" everybody has the same idea. It only depends who has the guts and means.
Im sure alot of people knew about paintball and had that "wouldnt it be great if we had it here in KK?" talk... NOW? It's everywhere. What stopped alot of people was the right attitude, finance, technical execution and support.
But KK is still new to alot of "new*" ideas, so be a pioneer and do something you think that can be done. KK City Beat-em-up Arcade Turney? KK Survivor Reality Challenge? A KK online game company? KK Drift Competition? Atleast it's all still new in KK.
Or again... Sabahan Porn... kof kof... ok enough enough...kekeke

Sadly, most new ideas won't last for long in Sabah, because Sabah just don't have the population to maintain anything new for sustained periods.
I'm not saying Sabahans don't have money, but its just that the population here is pretty much fixed. Once the usual 'gang' have tried it, they'll get fed up very fast, and stop paying for it.
Its different in the Klang Valley, where the population is very fluid, with new people coming in from other states and foreign country all the time, so it takes longer for new things to become 'old'.
